According to a survey conducted by National Aids Control Organisation (NACO), Andhra Pradesh has one of the fastest increasing HIV/AIDS prevalence rates in India . More than 5,00,000 lakh people are living with HIV in the state. So its time to fight against HIV/AIDS by every one in the country to get Aids free nation to our children. Even though NACO, State Aids control organisation and other NGO bodies are fighting against AIDS since many years, they are far from their targeted results. So, we a team of young doctors and with help of some senior doctors and social workers aimed to establish GLOBAL AIDS REHABILITATION CENTRE (100 bedded) in Andhra pradesh with a strong commitment to provide Aids free state to our children. |
